You are not alone. Blueground is winding down some of its operations, and owners in several countries are still owed money: unpaid rent, furniture investments, guaranteed returns and deposits.
This site brings everyone affected together. We collect each claim in one place to show the full scale of what Blueground owes, share legal costs and act as a group.
1. Fill in the short claim form below (about 5 minutes).
2. Upload your lease and your proof of what is owed.
3. We contact you by email or WhatsApp about group action in your country.
Your contact details and documents are kept private, seen only by the organisers, and used only to coordinate claims against Blueground. They are never sold or shared.
This is an initiative by owners, not a law firm. Nothing on this site is legal advice. Joining is free and commits you to nothing.
Has Blueground owed you money, ignored your messages or failed to return your deposit? Tell others. Honest, factual reviews help future owners and tenants make informed decisions.

I leased nine apartments in Dubai to Blueground under signed tenancy contracts. Under those contracts I also financed the furniture for Blueground's use (AED 740,000), which they committed to repay at cost, plus a yearly 10% return.
In 2026 Blueground told me it was winding down in the UAE. Instead of honouring the contracts, it proposed keeping the security deposits and leaving the furniture behind as settlement, which covered less than 3% of what is due. It then offered to move the furniture debt to its US entity, payable in one lump sum in five years, under Delaware law, with no parent company guarantee, on condition that I drop all claims and return the payment instruments.
One unit was handed back left open with the keys inside, with no notice and no inspection.
By my calculation under the contracts, Blueground still owes me about AED 1.8 million (around US$490,000) in rent, furniture repayment and returns.
If you are thinking of leasing your property to Blueground, read the contracts carefully and get strong guarantees from the parent company. I am not the only owner in this situation.
